What is occupational therapy?

Our Approach
Services are provided virtually in a consultative format. This virtual occupational therapy consultation is a collaborative, flexible, and family-centered session designed to support parents and caregivers. By partnering with a therapist, you’ll explore your child’s strengths and challenges—such as play, sensory needs, attention, behavior, and routines—while identifying underlying factors that may be impacting daily life. You’ll leave with practical strategies, clear guidance, and tools you can use right away to build your child’s confidence and support their success at home, all in a convenient virtual format. Research supports the effectiveness of a coaching model, showing strong carryover of skills into daily routines as caregivers are empowered to consistently implement strategies in real-life environments.

Hannah is a Doctor of Occupational Therapy with years of experience working in pediatrics. She specializes in child development and parent training, helping families better understand their child’s unique needs while providing practical, realistic strategies that fit naturally into everyday life. Her approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on equipping parents with the tools and confidence they need to help their child succeed.
